By accessing or using Cash Back Inbox (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cash Back Inbox is a software service that scans your email inbox for communications from debt collectors that may violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) or other applicable consumer protection laws. The Service identifies potential violations and provides an evidence package to help you pursue a claim.
3. Not Legal Advice
The information and reports provided by Cash Back Inbox are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Cash Back Inbox is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Any attorney connection facilitated by the Service creates a separate attorney-client relationship governed by that attorney's terms, not Cash Back Inbox.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service or sign up for the emailing list. The FDCPA is a federal U.S. law; we make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.
5. Email Access
By connecting your email account, you grant Cash Back Inbox read-only access to scan your inbox for relevant communications. We will only access data necessary to identify potential FDCPA violations. We do not send emails from your account, store your email content, or access unrelated communications.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Cash Back Inbox does not guarantee that any violation will be found, that any claim will succeed, or that you will receive any monetary recovery. Results depend on the specific facts of your situation and the applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cash Back Inbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
